ABC heeft de eerste poster vrijgegeven voor Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. seizoen 6. Bekijk de poster hieronder!

In de finale van  seizoen vijf wist het team Glenn Talbot, alias Graviton, te stoppen. We zagen ook dat oud-teamleider Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg) vertrekt met Melinda May (Ming-Na Wen) naar Tahiti om zijn laatste dagen door te brengen. Nu Coulson eindelijk officieel dood is, heeft het agentschap behoefte aan een nieuwe directeur, waarbij Mack de regeerperiode overneemt. Henry Simmons zei in interview met TV Line:

“Personally, I love the challenge of being the director of S.H.I.E.L.D. Mack has worked side-by-side with the people he now leads, that works to his advantage….he’s one of them. But, the one thing that can hinder Mack’s ability to lead is his reluctance to put the people he loves in the line of danger. As a result, this may lead to Mack’s toughest decision as director…. What sacrifices will be made?”

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. heeft rollen voor Clark Gregg als Agent Phil Coulson, Ming-Na Wen als Agent Melinda May, Chloe Bennet als Daisy Johnson, Iain De Caestecker als Agent Leo Fitz, Elizabeth Henstridge als Agent Jemma Simmons, Henry Simmons als Agent Alphonso “Mack” MacKenzie, Natalia Cordova-Buckley als Elena “Yo-Yo” Rodriguez, John Hannah als Holden Radcliffe, Adrianne Palicki als Bobbi Morse, Brett Dalton als Grant Ward, Luke Mitchell als Lincoln Campbell en Nick Blood als Lance Hunter.

De serie is bedacht door Joss Whedon, Jed Whedon & Maurissa Tancharoen. Seizoen zes van Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. gaat ergens in mei 2019 in première.
